FESBC funding is public purse funding

FESBC funding is public purse funding, not from yet to be legislated carbon tax on the burning of slash piles as promised by the NDP provincial government. Although the funding is good for Seaton Forest Products and reduction of the burning of whole logs, the funding arrangements is public subsidization without contribution by forest corporations.
